DESCRIPTION:Dining on the rails is nostalgic\, romantic and delicious! Exquisitely prepared\, four course meals\, served on fine china with white linen tablecloths and fresh flowers\, set the mood. Guests ride in air conditioned comfort on our 1954 built “SkyView” Domecar\, in booth-style seats. Like an ever changing masterpiece\, the North Shore’s majestic scenery glides by beautifully outside the car’s large picture windows at “treetop level.” \n\nAll tickets $90.00\nReservations Required – Limited seating\nMENU SELECTIONS 2026: \n\nMidCoast Braised Beef Short Rib\nPork Loin\n\nKofta w. Butter Sauce (Vegan & GF)\nAll foods locally sourced when possible\, and proudly crafted by Executive Chef Jonathan Reznick & Mid-Coast Catering.\n\nAll meals served with appetizers\, MidCoast house salad of mixed greens\, goat cheese\, cranberries\, candied pecans\, balsamic vinaigrette\, complimentary coffee\, and dessert of French style Chocolate Pot de crème\, all included. Meals are accompanied  with Chive and Cream Cheese Smashed Baby Red Potatoes and Dill Roasted Carrots. Foods locally sourced when seasonal\, by Executive Chef Jonathan Reznick & Mid-Coast Catering. Most passengers find it more fun to dress up a bit for the occasion. Shirts with collars\, pants\, summer dresses\, etc. We do not expect anyone to make a special shopping trip for the ride however\, and welcome any outfit you prefer for dining on the rails.

SUMMARY:Pride Festival Party Train
DESCRIPTION:The “Foo Foo Choo Choo” is the best part of the LGBTQAI2S+ Pride Festival weekend: Join the fun for a 3 hour scenic train ride up the beautiful shores of Lake Superior celebrating the LGBTQAI2S Duluth-Superior Pride Festival. This is an annual 21+ party with food included\, cash bar\, live dj\, dancing\, and amazing views while you travel on the rails of the North Shore Scenic Railroad. \nArrive at The Depot early and enjoy our free Pre-boarding Party from 2pm to 3:30pm with music and a bar\, while you hang out in the boarding area or tour the Lake Superior Railroad Museum (included as part of PRIDE). \n \n \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nThe train departs at 3:30 for a 2.5 hour excursion up the north shore of Lake Superior to a turnaround point and then heads back to the Depot. The Foo Foo Choo Choo will feature two full bar cars onboard with DJ and dancing\, and food included! Food is “buffet style” of Famous Dave’s BBQ\, Dominos Pizza\, and other sides. \nThis year\, we’re walkin’ on sunshine and transforming the train into the ultimate vintage beach party on rails! Get ready to roll down the tracks in true summer style as we celebrate the carefree spirit of classic beach vacations\, tropical getaways\, and boardwalk fun. Guests are encouraged to break out their Hawaiian shirts\, polka-dot swimsuits\, sundresses\, sandals\, straw hats\, and favorite retro beachwear as we fill the train with summer tunes\, tropical vibes\, and nonstop fun.
