North Shore Scenic Railroad

From school groups to large company parties, the North Shore Scenic Railroad will work with you to make an event that will be unforgettable. Below you’ll see that a “group rate” is based on joining an excursion that is already operating. A “charter” is running an excursion exclusively for your private party. In most cases, a charter adds private traincars to an already operating public excursion, and charters have a very limited availability. Below is basic standard pricing for Groups and Charter rates. Group Rates

Group Size: 20 or more ($3 off)
The Duluth Zephyr COACH: Adult (14 and over): $19.00 Child (3 to 13): $8.00 FIRST CLASS: Adults & Children: $41
The Pizza Party Express Adult (14 and over): $31.00 Child (3 to 13): $19.00
Two Harbors Turn Adult (14 and over): $72.00 Child (3 to 13): $62.00

A non-refundable deposit/payment of $50 is due immediately in order to hold a reservation, along with a (refundable) deposit of 1/2 the total costs is required at the time of the reservation. Final numbers and final payment are needed atleast 10 days prior to departure. This will be the final payment with no refunds for any parties who aren’t present the day of the excursion.

There are many other options available, please call for more info.	Prices vary depending on train schedule and equipment availability. Large groups may be required to “buy-out” public excursions in order to accommodate schedules. Fall Color Tour, Steam Powered Trains, and other Special Excursion Packages are subject to additional Premium Service fees (usually a $250 additional fee starting after Labor Day) Two harbors is about 4 hours round trip, but a 2 hour stop is scheduled into the pricing, additional time may be subject to additional charges.
